Until well into the 20th century, churning butter was a laborious but rewarding undertaking that was carried out on many farms for their own consumption. We will show you how milk from cows, goats or sheep was used to produce one of the oldest foods before industrial butter production became established. The offer includes the production of butter with a churn, the preparation of herb butter and tasting.
