Beyond right and wrong lies a place. That is where we meet." RUMI
Nonviolent communication (GFK), developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, supports understanding in professional and personal interactions and thus contributes to a peaceful connection. Especially in conflict situations, I have experienced the attitude of GFK as very helpful as a mediator. During this intensive weekend (approx. 12 hours of seminar time) you will learn the 4 steps of NVC
and gain practical experience in practicing with personal examples. Observations are distinguished from judgments and interpretations - the formulation of unconditional requests is practiced. Last but not least, by dealing with ourselves in an empathetic way, we find it easier to improve our contact with our counterparts. For this I offer exercises that can help us to connect gently with ourselves. "What I want in my life is empathy, a flow between myself and others based on mutual giving from the heart" Marshall Rosenberg Seminar leader: Marita Zimmer Diplom Sozialpädagogin Universität Bremen Certified: personal trainer training(change manager) psychosocial counseling training (coaching, mediation, social management)
