from 14 years
Silke feels like she's in the wrong movie. She's 14, has just changed schools and things aren't going well at home either, because her confirmation is coming up in a few weeks. Neither her classmates nor her parents know that Silke would much rather be Silas.
Only when Silas meets the slightly older Hedwig, who challenges social norms with her very own fashion style, and the confirmation party turns into a disaster, does Silas decide to say goodbye to Silke for good and come out as a boy called Silas.
A coming-of-age tale about love, gender, identity, sexuality, friendship and family.
