The two actors Jürgen Wegscheider and Markus Maria Winkler create a pre-Christmas atmosphere in a humorous way with stories and poems by many well-known authors, including Kurt Tucholsky, Christian Morgenstern, Joseph Freiherr von Eichendorff, Theodor Fontane and Roda Roda. Look forward to cheerful and contemplative Advent stories, sometimes humorous, sometimes thoughtful and with a twinkle in the eye.
Actors Markus Maria Winkler and Jürgen Wegscheider have been working together for over 20 years. Since then, they have staged many productions together.
Markus Maria Winkler has performed at the Südbayerisches Theaterfestival, the touring theater Das Ensemble Jacob-Schwiers, the Festspielhaus München and is still touring Germany, Austria and Switzerland with his own theater productions. Born in Carinthia, Jürgen Wegscheider has performed at theaters in Frankfurt/Main, Munich and Essen and has toured theaters. Together with Markus Maria Winkler, he is a regular guest at the Kröpeliner Mühle with his predominantly literary-cabaret programs.
