Feast your way through our range while our master smoker shows you our techniques. Register directly at the smokehouse or at the Haus des Gastes.
You will receive both a welcome drink and a farewell drink as well as another drink of your choice. We will serve you at least 7 different types of fish, both regional and international. In the meantime, our master smoker will explain everything you need to know so that your next fish at home will be FAST as delicious.
