A multimedia immersion into the romanticism of C.D. Friedrich.
Inspired by the fate of the Romantics, producer Eleni Ioannidou has created a ballet with famous piano music by Fryderyk Chopin and Franz Liszt. Against the backdrop of a video animation with pictures by Caspar David Friedrich, a choreography for four performers develops that tells the story of artists such as Lord Byron and Franz Liszt. They were traveling through Europe at the time and processed their impressions in their art. The occasion for this is three important anniversaries: 250 years since the birth of C.D. Friedrich, 200 years since the death of Lord Byron and 400 years since the death of Jacob Böhme.
