Lawyer from the non-profit interest group Unterhalt und Familienrecht (ISUV) informs about the first important steps in the separation and shows alternatives to the war of the roses at a face-to-face event.
Important decisions are made at the beginning of a separation: Do you (really) want to reach an agreement? Discussions about this should be sought at the beginning in particular, because this is often still possible and because there is a need for clarification in many ways. Although there are often hurts and disappointments, urgent decisions have to be made together: Who is moving out? Who will look after the children, when and how often? Where can you get help with legal, educational or psychological issues? Sometimes, however, each side needs information and support for their own position, as they are now going their separate ways. And sometimes it is also a matter of finding out important data and documents that may become important later.
An experienced Rostock family law solicitor from the Interessenverband Unterhalt und Familienrecht (ISUV) also shows how topics as diverse as maintenance, pensions, property and divorce are connected. She will also provide lots of useful tips, legal advice and answer questions.
Attendance is free of charge, but a small donation would be appreciated.
