This course is aimed at yoga practitioners with previous experience as well as yoga beginners or those returning to yoga.
Hatha yoga, the youngest of the classical Indian forms of yoga, forms the basis for many modern yoga styles and includes postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation and meditation.
Gentle asanas performed in conjunction with the breath, individual support and a concluding deep relaxation promote the regeneration of mind and body. Mindful, focused practice ensures centering and calm. Each exercise class has a specific focus, for example hips and lower back, shoulders and neck, etc.
