Anniversary reading of the Greifswald University Student Authors' Association / anthology "GUStAV's collected stories - the best of 20 years of GUStAV"
In the early evening of November 11, 2004, the first meeting of what would soon become the "Greifswald University Student Authors' Association" (GUStAV for short) took place in the German Department of the University of Greifswald: a bunch of students with a passion for writing and literature, some from completely different disciplines.
That was almost 20 years ago now and deserves to be celebrated. With our reading GUStAV congratulates (itself) on the day before its 20th birthday, we would like to celebrate symbolically. We will be reading a selection of texts written by former and current GUStAV members during these 20 years. The reading will take place in the STRAZEcafé.
The texts read will also be available to read. We are also producing an anniversary anthology "GUStAVs gesammelte Geschichten - Das Beste aus 20 Jahren GUStAV" (GUStAV's collected stories - the best of 20 years of GUStAV), in which a text will be printed by every former and current member who wishes to participate. The anthologies will be published for a small fee to cover the printing costs.
