The desire to push the boundaries of the traditional classical repertoire brought the two cellists Bryan Cheng and Leonard Disselhorst together as a duo. In their programs and for their pieces, which they all compose or arrange themselves, they are inspired by influences from jazz, tango, folk and other genres.
