Celebrate 35 years of the Peaceful Revolution with us at a diverse festival in Parchim. Look forward to live music with the band "Kutterscholle mit Speckstippe", the exciting pub quiz "Zeitreise 1989", exhibitions with contemporary witnesses, information stands, the picture book cinema "Fritzi war dabei" and many other activities.
Experience a varied afternoon and let us remember together the historical significance of the Peaceful Revolution, which paved the way to German unity 35 years ago. With barbecue, drinks and ice cream!

This event is a joint initiative of the political education providers in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern to mark the opening of the Days of Political Education and the opening of the season of the Parchim Young State Theatre, which is presenting a special highlight on this day with the theater premiere of "Lilly unter den Linden". The performance starts at 7:30 p.m. Theater tickets are available at all advance booking offices or online.
