In our Foyer Talks, we meet artists and other "theater people" as well as club members with interesting stories.
Einhard Georg Schmidt is a doctor by profession. In his free time, he immerses himself in the life and songs of Udo Jürgens. It is said about him that he interprets profound songs with beautiful instrumentation.
His program includes the lesser-known songs of Udo Jürgens, in which the depth of the Austrian composer and singer is revealed.
Self-absorbed, he devotes himself entirely to the task of conveying the message of his idol.
It will be a conversation about his enthusiasm for Udo Jürgens, his approach to the songs with examples from his program.
