Forest bathing - Shinrin Yoku is a mindfulness training in and with nature that helps us to slow down. The positive effects of the forest calm the body, mind and soul. By consciously spending time in the forest, we strengthen our immune system in the long term.
We immerse ourselves in the forest atmosphere, walk mindfully and in silence, stroll without intention, open all our senses and let ourselves be enchanted by the beauty of nature. We consciously breathe in fresh energy and let go of the unwanted. Through guided sensory and awareness exercises, such as gentle movements from yoga and/or Qigong and meditation, we find our way back to our center and into the here and now.
We walk approx. 3 km and linger at special places of power.
The carousel of thoughts has a break. Fresh and noticeably refreshed, we return after approx. 2 hours of forest bathing.
No previous experience is necessary.
