For many years, the Heimatverein Saal e.V. has been trying to use its resources and possibilities to promote and develop the culture in the village and the local traditions of the citizens of Saal.
These include
the children's barrel cutting,
the barrel cutting of the barrel association,
the ring cutting of the riding and driving club,
the cultivation of the Low German language and the promotion of youth and elderly care.
