Juli Schupa "The wall as a picture - Concrete Artworks"
The Kulturverein Feldberger Land e. V. invites you to the finissage of the current exhibition "Die Wand als Bild - Concrete Artworks".
In the exhibition, Juli Schupa shows her works made of, on and with concrete. Her pictures, which are reminiscent of concrete and industrial buildings, find beauty and aesthetics there, which otherwise sometimes only reveal themselves at second glance. In the best case, these weathered surfaces can become new thoughts, inspirations that stimulate the viewer to new ways of seeing.
As Juli Schupa is unable to be present at the finissage, the Kulturverein visited her in her studio and interviewed her about her approach to her work. We will be showing this interview on film at the closing event of this exhibition.
