The young musicians between the ages of 12 and 26 who impressed the juries most with their musical performances at the four regional Jugend musiziert competitions will be invited to the 34th M-V state competition. The prizewinners' concerts take place in the evening on both competition days.
The annual nationwide Jugend musiziert competition promotes instrumental and vocal music-making, both as a soloist and in ensembles. Jugend musiziert helps to find and promote musical talent.
Since 1991, Jugend musiziert has been held in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in 4 regional and one state competition.
The state competition Jugend musiziert presents the best young musicians from all regions of the state with outstanding performances in the various instrumental and vocal areas. The multi-stage competition is held annually in different categories. Following the competition, various support measures (concerts, workshops) are offered.
