Encounter with nature and yourself. Your time out in the forest.

Here you can spend a day immersed in the wilderness of the Müritz National Park near Grünow (Mecklenburg-Strelitz). We breathe, slow down, get quiet, lose time and relax. The observations, the impressions, the movement and my suggestions for perception help to be completely in the moment and to leave everything else behind. During our stay in the forest we will recharge our batteries and strengthen our immune system. We will look for the first spring herbs, look for animal tracks and get in touch with nature. Around noon we will prepare a picnic. Please bring your own drinks. Also, a seat cushion and, who wants, a carving knife.
In case of rain, the event will be cancelled.

Dates: 5/31, 6/28, 7/26, 8/30 and 9/13/2023 (dates for individual groups on request).
