How romantic are contemporary artists? How much romance is there in contemporary art?
Romanticism celebrates emotion, people's desires and a greater power to which we all have to submit. While the Enlightenment declares facts to be the only reality. Uniting the schools of thought of both cultural movements offers us a connection between the duality of analysis and emotion. This exhibition examines the concept of Romanticism and aims to find out how contemporary artists look at Romanticism today? And what remains of this epoch in us? Can AI be nature? Do we know more when we are "in feeling"? And does an awareness of nature help us to recognize our living space as finite?
