Friday, October 25, 2024:
18.00 Welcome reception by torchlight.
Afterwards, we invite you to the candlelit vaulted cellar, where we invite you to a rare wine tasting with special wines from Germany and Austria, presented by our sommelier Franziska Pauli. We will also serve a three-course game menu.
Saturday October 26, 2024:
Castle breakfast
18.00 Champagne reception with Maik Albrecht, Jonas Zörner and Bernhard Moser from eat! berlin
Followed by "Fête de la Cuisine" with two extraordinary chefs who invite you to experience the kitchen action and where you are expressly allowed to look into the pots.
We will be serving a variety of sparkling wines and cocktail creations from Franziska Pauli and Deutsche Spirituosen Manufaktur as well as non-alcoholic specialties. Look forward to a culinary evening at the highest level.
Sunday, October 27, 2024:
Gourmet late riser breakfast with lots of special treats and non-alcoholic specialties from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger in the Café-Brasserie "Louise" until 12.00 noon.
