The Stralsund City Library and the Local Alliance for Families of the Hanseatic City of Stralsund cordially invite you to a special workshop as part of the Bibolinchen parents' meeting, which deals with a topic that affects many parents on a daily basis: MENTAL LOAD. Mental load refers to the sum of the often invisible tasks and thoughts that arise in everyday organization - from planning family life to coping with daily challenges. This workshop offers participants the opportunity to understand the causes of this overload and to learn effective ways to reduce it.

Workshop: Mental load - dealing with everyday stress more consciously
As a mother of two and coach, the speaker Katja Schlomann knows from her own experience how challenging it can be to manage the invisible tasks and thoughts in everyday life. This workshop is about recognizing the deep causes of mental load and finding powerful ways to consciously take responsibility for your own well-being. Participants learn which burdens they can let go of and how they can find and protect their MeTime.

Contents of the workshop:

A deep insight into the concept of mental load
Causes and triggers for overload in everyday life
Practical strategies for letting go and delegating tasks
Mindfulness exercises and tools for coping with stress
Space for exchange and mutual support

Target group:
The workshop is aimed at mothers and fathers who feel that the many invisible tasks of everyday life are pushing them to their limits. It offers practical tools to integrate more balance and energy into everyday life.
