The last concert evening of the year will take place on Friday, November 8 as part of the "Dömitz bespielt" series. Two combos will be performing in the former Dömitzer Bauamt (Slüterplatz 6). Astropunks" will play at 7 pm and the duo "Schöni und Ebi" from around 8 pm.
The trio "Astropunk" proves that punk is by no means dead. 14-year-olds Juni and Joel and 11-year-old Leo have dedicated themselves entirely to punk rock. Founded a year ago in Grabow, the boys have already experienced a lot with their band. Performances at smaller concerts and regional scene festivals such as JuRoTo and Amtsrock Goldberg, first studio recordings and two music videos can already be found on YouTube. The power trio is currently working on an album, which should be ready by the end of the year. Fans of fresh punk rock should not only follow the guys on Instagram and the like, but also directly to Dömitz.
The duo "Schöni und Ebi" present an equally passionate contrasting program.
In terms of sound, they go on a musical journey of the last 50 years. With rock and pop hits from Germany as well as international songs, they are gaining an ever-growing fan base. The two musicians from Prignitz also have interesting anecdotes from the world of music and inspiring arrangements.
"Schöni and Ebi" are looking forward to a great evening in Dömitz, to an audience that sings, dances and celebrates along. Only then will the performance be a good one for the boys.
Tickets for 5 € are only available at the box office. Admission is from 6 pm.
With the concert series, the organizer Kulturverein Initiative LuK e.V. has established a new format in Dömitz. Over the past two years, new indoor and outdoor spaces have been musically conquered and concerts of various musical genres have been held in a relaxed atmosphere.
The concert is supported by the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern as part of the immediate action program "RE-Start lebendige Innenstädte M-V".
