The New Year's Eve classic with Jörg Kleinau and Joachim Kaps
Everyone has probably seen the TV sketch "Dinner for one" on New Year's Eve. It was recorded by NDR in 1963 and has been shown regularly at the turn of the year since 1972: Miss Sophie is celebrating her 90th birthday and, as every year, has invited her closest friends and long-time admirers to dinner. But Sir Toby, Admiral von Schneider, Mr. Pommeroy and Mr. Winterbottom passed away a long time ago. In order to give Miss Sophie an unforgettable evening, the butler James has to replace the gentlemen and take over their roles.
The actor Jörg Kleinau trained at the Rostock State Drama School and was engaged at the Volkstheater Rostock, among others. He can also be seen regularly on television and has made guest appearances in series such as "Polizeiruf 110", "Marienhof" and "Stubbe - Von Fall zu Fall".
