Monday, December 9th at 7:00 pm is the day.
On Monday, December 9th at 19:00, the time has come. The LeseZeichen writing circle may no longer exist, but the writers want to continue the tradition of Christmas readings with like-minded people.
The city library and its support association are therefore once again inviting people to their traditional Christmas reading in the Zeughaus.
The writers from Wismar Steffi Baum, Alasca Black, Christine Fiedler, Anja Grunau, Gitta Ries, Peter Schalljé and Marie-Luise Vogel will be presenting new and previously read cheerful and contemplative, romantic, poetic, fairytale-like and simply wonderful stories and poems, suitable for the Christmas season.
Even in the run-up to Christmas, the scent of fir branches, candles and peppernuts will bring back memories.
"On this evening, forget the stresses of everyday life and the many problems that are so preoccupying us at the moment. Let yourself be surprised and enchanted, smile about some things or simply daydream to Christmas music. The "Bootsingers" choir from the "Das Boot" association will put you in the mood with many Christmas carols," summarizes Christine Fiedler, who is organizing the evening.
