Experience a unique concert in the atmospheric setting of the Dargun monastery and castle complex
"Animal musical" - is the motto on June 22 at 4:00 pm in the Dargun monastery and castle complex
Singing birds, buzzing bumblebees, dancing elephants - animal sounds have always been a source of inspiration for composers. Animals and music will be the subject of a concert with the Brandenburg Concert Orchestra Eberswalde on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at 4 p.m. in the Dargun Monastery and Palace complex.
Animals and music have a fascinating relationship - the Eberswalde ensemble under the musical direction of Urs-Michael Theus and soprano Helena Goldt will demonstrate this impressively with this concert under the motto "Tierisch musikalisch". Experience graceful swans, stamping elephants, the whirring, chirping and crawling of bumblebees, butterflies, birds and glowworms, and even the "Pink Panther" will be up to mischief in this animal delight.
The concert is planned as an open-air event. If the weather is very unstable, it will be moved to the St. Marien monastery church at short notice.
