We start with a morning yoga session (approx. 75 minutes) that will wake you up, clear your mind and make you alert. You can expect a mixture of mobilizing exercises, strength, gentle stretches, mindfulness of breathing and deep relaxation so that you can start the day with energy and clarity.
Afterwards, we will enjoy a lovingly prepared vegetarian/vegan brunch together.
