This yoga course is aimed at beginners and experienced practitioners.
In this yoga class, you will encounter both a dynamic yang and a gentle yin yoga sequence. In the yang part of the practice, the postures are dynamic with gentle flows and static postures that have a muscle-building effect. The postures in the Yin part are held for a few minutes. Attention is focussed inwards, creating a meditative character. The interplay of yin and yang brings balance to body and mind. The final relaxation or a meditation provides a harmonious conclusion.
