Hatha yoga for a healthy back This course is aimed at yoga practitioners with previous experience as well as yoga beginners or those returning to yoga.
You will be guided through the exercises in a lying position on a yoga mat. You alternate between tensing and relaxing the muscle groups in your body. Background music makes it easier to relax and creates a pleasant atmosphere. As progressive muscle relaxation is combined with elements of guided meditation, the result is a deep and long-lasting relaxation.
