The course combines the dynamic movement of Nordic walking with the calming elements of yoga. This combination offers a holistic workout for body and mind that promotes endurance, strength, flexibility and relaxation.
The program includes:
- Warm-up exercises to prepare the body for the exercise
- Introduction to the correct Nordic walking technique
- Dynamic walking through the forest
- A yoga session by the sea with Nordic walking poles. Stretching exercises and yoga asanas are intensified through the use of poles.
- Followed by a relaxed Nordic walking run
