Choral concert in the Schlosskirche Neustrelitz
The current program of the choir from Neubrandenburg ranges from the melancholy chamber music of John Dowland to the romantic sounds of Dvorak, the cheerfulness of the Comedian Harmonists of the 1920s and 1930s with "Wochenend und Sonnenschein" to "Ruhetag" by the popular singer-songwriter Gerhard Gundermann or the Beatles song "Yesterday".
The choir is characterized by its musical diversity, which has resulted in a steadily growing number of members and promises listeners a real feast for the ears - sometimes contemplative, sometimes upbeat - but always full of joie de vivre.
