What is CITY CYCLING?
Three weeks. One goal. Climate protection on two wheels.
CITY CYCLING is a nationwide competition in which everyone counts: From May 21 to June 10, 2025, the motto here in Ribnitz-Damagrten is once again - saddle up and collect kilometers! Whether you cycle to work, to the shops or in your free time - every journey you make by bike saves CO₂ and helps your team get ahead.
How it works - cycle along in just a few steps:
Registration: Simply register for free via the "CITY CYCLING" app (for [iOS] and [Android]).
Teamwork counts: Join an existing team or set up your own - it's better to cycle together!
Collect kilometers: Open the app, "Start tracking", start cycling - and finish with "End tracking" after the ride.
(Tip: Your name and kilometers can be hidden if you wish).
Good to know: Have you already taken part in 2024? Then you can simply continue to use your account - no new account required!

Only kilometers collected during the campaign period count. And if you pedal hard, you can be happy:
The best individual cyclists and teams will be honored at the "100% Sport" event on June 13, 2025.
