As an association, we are involved in various projects aimed at strengthening the community in Bodstedt and Fuhlendorf and tourism in our region. These include regular cinema evenings in the super cozy "Kinokneipe" right on the beautiful harbour in Bodstedt.

Shot in Tokyo in 2023, Wim Wenders' film received an Oscar nomination for Best International Film. It tells the story of the very simple life of a contented man who cleans toilets and devotes his free time to literature, music and photography. Unexpected encounters reveal his past to him. He begins to understand the reasons why the simplicity of his life makes him happy.
Fri. 25.10. 4 p.m.: "Peter's Journey to the Moon" A children's and family film, FSK6
Little Anne is kidnapped by the evil moon man. The cockchafer Sumsemann sets off with her brother Peter to free her. Sumsemann also has a score to settle with the moon man... Together with the Sandman, they cross the Milky Way and experience many adventures. Finally, with the help of friendly nature spirits, they confront the Moon Man.
Fri. 25.10. 8 p.m.: "Solo Sunny" - award-winning GDR feature film from 1980 -
GDR, end of the seventies: the singer Solo Sunny tours the provinces with her band. Despite all her private and professional difficulties, she tries to reconcile her life's dreams with everyday reality. This movie has a wonderful lightness to it and yet it is not an "easy" movie. It encourages us to openly observe and discover the intertwined lives of individual people.

17-year-old Zahia Ziouani dreams of becoming a conductor. Her twin sister Fettouma is a cellist. Both have tackled the project of founding their own orchestra with determination, passion and courage: "Divertimento". The film shows how Zahia becomes a successful conductor and dedicates her life to children and young people who, like her, come from difficult backgrounds. It is not just about music, but above all about overcoming one's own limitations.
