Astrid Kloock presents "Taube Klara" by Wolf Spillner at the CampHus on December 5, 2024 Ludwigslust
Shortly before the end of the year, the cultural circle of the Volkssolidarität Schwerin - Westmecklenburg e.V. traditionally organizes a Christmas reading that focuses on stories about the festive season. This year's guest is journalist and author Astrid Kloock.
On Thursday, December 5, 2024, she will be coming to the Wolf Spillner Library in the CampHus Ludwigslust at Bürgermeister-Brandenburg-Straße 20 at 6 p.m. for a Christmas reading with culinary accompaniment. "I have chosen "Taube Klara" by Wolf Spillner, a work about the interaction between three generations. Fittingly, this book by my husband is set during the Christmas season, even if the message of the thought-provoking story is universal," announces Astrid Kloock.
In "Taube Klara", Wolf Spillner tells a sensitive and expressive story about the interaction between three generations. The book was awarded the German Youth Literature Prize in 1991 and has been translated into six languages.
