Christmas hustle and bustle at Ralswiek Castle
The Christmas market at Schlosshotel Ralswiek in the municipality of the same name on the Island of Rügen will take place on the third weekend in Advent 2024. On December 14 & 15, 2024 from 11:00 to 18:00, numerous artisans and traders from the region will offer their exhibits and goods in and in front of the castle. The range extends from Christmas and winter decorations to gift items such as toys or jewelry to portraits and group pictures created on site.
The Rosencafé Putbus confectionery is responsible for gingerbread, Baumkuchenecken, dominoes and almond slivers, as well as Advent coffee, while the castle kitchen serves mulled wine and barbecued food.and barbecued food in the courtyard and, of course, guests are also treated to roast duck with red cabbage and dumplings and other delicacies in the restaurant. With the tower blowing on Sunday afternoon (4.00 pm), a Rügen Advent tradition is maintained.
Santa Claus and his entourage will be on site throughout the weekend and will also be happy to accept wish lists.
Motorized visitors are requested to use the free parking spaces in the village, as parking is unfortunately not permitted on the driveway to the castle.
