"Swinging Christmas" is the name of the game at Schwerin's Schelfkirche when Andreas Pasternack gives his audience a pre-Christmas treat with his own arrangements of popular American Christmas classics
In addition to jazzy Christmas songs from "White Christmas" to the cheerfully swinging Christmas hit "Jingle Bells", the audience can expect a colorful mixture of Christmas and German melodies full of sound and groove.
Equally adept on saxophone and clarinet, Pasternack is one of the best-known and most popular artists in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. He leads through the program with great charm and surprises with new ideas for well-known repertoire. With anecdotes and stories between the songs, he always makes his audience smile.
