International Chopin Competition winner Rafał Blechacz in concert
In 2005, the then nineteen-year-old pianist Rafał Blechacz became the first Pole since Krystian Zimerman to win the International Chopin Competition in Warsaw. Today, the serious artist with a doctorate in philosophy is one of the most sought-after musicians in the world. He dedicates his concert to two of the greatest personalities of Polish music: Frédéric Chopin and Karol Szymanowski.
