Vocal feast for the ears with BelCantoMusicae
The Potsdam chamber choir BelCantoMusicae is a guest at the Georgenkirche Waren (Müritz) with a suitcase full of old and new choral works by various well-known and lesser-known composers and invites you to be enchanted by great choral music.
Among others, works by Schütz, Jenkins, MacDonald, Bresgen, Mendelssohn and Rutter will be performed.
The sound of the choir is more than just the sum of its seventeen voices and its conductor Dietrich Bräutigam. Intensive rehearsal weekends connect the members on many levels - musically and personally. Children's laughter and friendly relationships characterize the choir rehearsals just as much as the struggle for an adequate interpretation of the works.
The choir concerts are enriched by the renowned Potsdam singer Nico Brazda.
