Undogmatic, modern, in-depth and yet light - expert Andrea "Rocky" Helten takes you on an adventurous journey. Andrea offers you a holistic 25-hour children's and teen yoga teacher training course. This takes place over two weekends - the first weekend focuses on children's yoga, the second on teen yoga. The second weekend concludes with a short (10-minute) teaching test - important for all those who want to receive the Kinderyoga Berlin certificate.
However, you can also take part and expand your knowledge without a teaching test and certificate.
The children's yoga expert, three-time author and founder of Kinderyoga Berlin offers you well-founded and tried-and-tested knowledge that will prepare you optimally for teaching children and young people. Andrea attaches great importance to empathetic didactics that enable you to teach at eye level with the young participants.
The training also creates a resonance within yourself so that you can look forward to a transformative experience. Creativity that comes from within you is encouraged instead of imitating others.
