Guided canoe tour in the evening from the Salem sailing base. On the trail of the beaver, we take young and old through the peat pits of the Peene to the beaver castles.
We start in the evening at the Salem sailing base. Together we canoe across Lake Kummerow and through the Peene peat bogs to the beaver lodges. With a bit of luck, we may encounter this crepuscular and nocturnal animal. On the way back, we keep an eye out for herons and swimming grass snakes. The tour is particularly suitable for families with children. Some paddling experience is an advantage. Duration approx. 3 hours.
