Workshop at the AGRONEUM Alt Schwerin
Butter has been an important part of our diet for thousands of years. Especially in rural regions, the production of butter for personal consumption was widespread until the middle of the 20th century. In this workshop, we will explore the question of how butter is made from milk, how a butter churn works and how you can easily make butter yourself at home.
