A lecture with nature guide René Geyer.
Anyone who takes the time to listen and look will get to know a world that is so colorful and fascinating in today's unfortunately rare "meadow" habitat that it will captivate you. In this lecture, small creatures such as beetles, grasshoppers, spiders and the colorful, rare butterflies are shown in breathtaking photos. The unique plant world with its inconspicuous and magnificent colors is also presented. This hidden little world cavorts on flowers, on the stems of grasses and on leaves. This small animal and plant world is dependent on meadows that are still "allowed to be meadows", which has unfortunately become rare in the over-fertilized or overused cultivated landscape, even on Rügen.
