The introduction of the film portal "filmfriend" to our library services will be celebrated with a movie night. The title of the movie will be announced here by the end of September. You can look forward to it!
"Helmut Göldner (75) lives in the small town of Sieglitz in Saxony-Anhalt. When he "made movies" for the first time as a 15-year-old at the end of the 1950s, he was hooked. From then on, film reels, projectors and miles of country road determined his eventful life. He also embodies the East Germans' famous talent for improvisation and handicrafts. The film accompanies Germany's longest-serving mobile projectionist in his 60th year of service. It tells of love and passion for what you do and also what such an obsession does to a family."
