Opening of the swimming season in Prerow
On January 1, the tradition of the legendary bathing in Prerow Bay continues. Sometimes dressed up as Neptune or a mermaid, the daredevils take an icy dip in the Baltic Sea. If the action in the water is too wet for you, you can watch the spectacle from a dry distance from the beach.
Every swimmer receives a T-shirt in recognition of their brave deed.

Event starts at 13:00, joint bathing at 14:00.
