A mixture of different exercises with yoga influences strengthens your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. The holistic approach also helps against neck and back problems, which are more common in everyday life with a baby.
In my classes, I pay attention to the individual needs and abilities of each participant.
You can come with or without a baby.
The course fee is settled directly with the health insurance company. There is a service charge of 15 euros for you as a course participant.
