Susanne Ehrhardt - flutes and clarinet Rudolf Hild - piano
The well-known Berlin recorder and clarinet player Susanne Ehrhardt and the composer and arranger Rudolf Hild from Meiningen will be performing under the motto "BACH AND SWINGING FRIENDS". Rudolf Hild has arranged popular baroque works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Antonio Vivaldi, Georg Philipp Telemann and Jean - Philippe Rameau for recorder and piano as jazz versions. A special highlight will be Handel's "The Arrival of the Queen of Sheba". The program promises to be a special concert experience for fans of both baroque music and jazz. The crossover project is a very rare event, especially in the instrumentation with different recorders. Susanne Ehrhardt and Rudolf Hild have known each other since a concert tour during their student days.
