On display are works from the last two years. Painting on paper, on canvas, but animating to touch, a sensual pleasure. Conversations about the beginning of work, about the excitement of building compositions, about the power of color, joy and toil in one. Each work a whole life. The struggle for balance, the perseverance of the creative process - a feat of strength. Walks perhaps. Coffee and cake for sure.
You won't uncover all the secrets, but you'll have plenty to look at. My painting processes are important constructs that keep me alive, are elixir and scaffolding. The pictures are very personal, but so open that everyone can find "his" in them. I promise!
