Annett and Michael-Erich Deppe are showing Japanese paper-folding art, collages, photographs, posters and objects.
For us, art is a means of survival. It should provide pleasure, make us think, emphasize beauty, but also literally put its finger in the wounds of existing grievances. It challenges and satisfies all the senses and helps us to understand the world. Our desire to infect others with this creative "virus" is both a goal and a challenge. Communication through art enables positive changes in hearing, seeing, thinking and feeling; promotes the acceptance of otherness; makes consumers more alert and attentive. Life can be changed. The "Mückenfisch" has made a self-commitment to perceive events, to interfere in communication and to enrich the world with a wide variety of works. Collages, photographs, posters and objects express his convictions.
