For me, the magic of monochrome drawing lies in the freedom to accompany the fleeting moment of an observation until the dot, as the most inconspicuous element, condenses into form and movement. The dissolving of the material forms light and dark, closeness and distance. This very free process lives strongly from the stubbornness of the material and a trust in it. It is interesting for me to combine the drawing with a created experiential space.
