After more than 20 years, Grabow station opens its doors to art. Artists from Kulturlabor Grabow e.V. show their works.
Grabow station first opened its doors on October 15, 1846. It is located on the Hamburg - Berlin railroad line. Together with four other stations, it is the oldest station in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The classicist station building is a listed building and stood empty for over 20 years. The station is opening its doors to the public again for KunstOffen. We are showing works by artists who belong to the Kulturlabor Grabow e.V. association or have close ties to it. The station will not shine in new splendor, but will tell a lot about its history, which took a sudden turn a good 20 years ago. An old luggage scale can also be admired.
