Celebrate 50 years of Lubmin Seals with us
The "Club der Seehunde" of Lubmin turns 50 and would like to celebrate this special milestone in style! Everyone is cordially invited, ice bathers and spectators alike.
The participation fee for the ice bathers is 10 € and must be paid on site. The fee includes a hot drink, soup and a small gift. Please register by January 15, 2025 at the latest so that we can plan better.

13.00 Music with a DJ
13.00 to 14.00 Arrival of ice bathers (registration) and guests
14.10 Tips for ice bathers:
an experienced ice bather gives tips on ice bathing (behavior, experiences, getting started);
short warm-up with breathing and cold exercises to relax before the ice bath (please keep your bathrobe on, everyone in their own place)
14.20 hrs the ice bathing starts
2.45 pm cozy get-together with musical accompaniment
