The summer run attracts participants from all over Mecklenburg-Vorpommern to run distances of between 2 and 15 km. There is also a free 400 meter bambini run. The summer run is listed in the Laufcup series and attracts participants from young to old to the Müritz Stadium in Waren.
The start and finish of each route is in the beautiful Müritz Stadium. All routes are shuttle routes and run along the riverside paths of the Waupack, Feisneck and Müritz. The summer run was already awarded "Best Event" in the running cup series after its first edition in 2022. The increasing number of participants gives us hope for 300 participants this year. There will be a family-friendly supporting program with music, moderation, catering and information stands in the Müritz Stadium throughout the event.
The event starts at 09:30 am.
The Bambinis up to the age of 7 will be the first to start and will show us that the youngest athletes are in no way inferior to the older athletes on a stadium lap (400m).
Further starts are then between 09:45 and 10:05.
The award ceremony is planned for around 11:45.
